the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that

ABOUT THE PRACTICE
The Practice is sited on the first floor of the Gosport Health Centre in Bury Road, Gosport.
We have two full-time male partners and two full-time female partners, plus a full-time clinical assistant Dr Sian Slater. From time to time the Practice may also use Locum doctors to provide cover for annual leave or sickness.
As we are a training practice we also have GP Registrars working with us.
Registrars are doctors who have worked in hospitals for at least three years after qualifying in medicine who come to us to experience work in general practice.
Registrars will see patients in surgeries on their own, but will have access to one of the Practice Partners at all times for assistance if necessary. We also have medical students with us on short-term attachments to observe surgeries as part of their training.
The Practice provides Personal Medical Services in contract with Fareham & Gosport Primary Care Trust, Unit 180 Fareham Reach, 166 Fareham Road, Gosport, Hants. PO13 0FH. Tel: (01329) 233447.
SURGERY TIMES
Normal opening times for the Practice are as follows:
| Monday to Thursday | 8.15am - 6.30pm |
| Fridays | 8.15am - 6.00pm |
| Saturdays | Closed |
"Core" surgery hours are normally between 8.30 - 11.00am in the mornings and between 3.00 - 5.00pm in the afternoons. Some surgeries will work outside of these core times. These times may also vary slightly during a doctor's absence for holiday, sickness and emergency.
